No, you can start your Caren Rental trial on the Basic plan without entering any credit card information. When you decide to subscribe to Caren, you can select a plan and provide your payment details.

Caren is cloud based system and setup is instantaneous from sign-up. We take the liberty to review all the signups on our servers just to make sure to keep the environment free of spam. After the approval you are good to go.

You can use your credit card to pay for your subscription.

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription from within your account at any time.

There are no fees for booking days and we do not charge a booking fee for any direct bookings. We do integrate with payment gateways like Stripe, Valitor, SaltPay and Rapyd and you can expect payment processing fees on transactions.

We offer a live chat inside the system and on our website during service hours. Our Support website is open 24/7 where you can access a library of articles and documentation on how to use Caren. We also offer training webinars and custom sessions on request.
